This video was originally from Timi's 1997 VCD album 春语1 (Spring Language no. 1).

The high-definition DVD was released that same year and this song was listed under the 深情篇 (Deep Sentiment Compositions) grouping in it.

 

The original melody is from the hokkien song 浪子的心情 (The Prodigal's Mood) sung by 葉啟田 (Ye Qi Tian).

Timi covered that song in 1995  in her album 闽南语情歌大对唱 (Minnan Love Song Duet) in which she sang duets with 林正桦 (Lin Zheng Hua) when she was 14. The Mandarin lyrics to this song is Timi's original.

This album was later renamed as the first album out of two in the series 恋梦 (Love Dream) published in 1997.
